Step 1: How to Register as a Seller on Myntra

Phone number verification

Start by visiting Myntra Partners and clicking on register. It’s a simple process-just enter your mobile number, which will be verified by sending an OTP.

Email verification

After this, you’ll need to enter your organization’s Email ID. This email ID should be your primary, as it will be your key to operating your Myntra seller account. 

Remember, it should be unique and not associated with Myntra before, which will be verified using the OTP sent to this address.

Next, you will be asked to set up your password for your seller account. Once you have done this, you can log in to partners.myntrainfo.com using your registered ID and password and begin filling out your details in 6 simple steps.

Step 1: GSTIN Check

You will start the processing by filling out the GST details of your business and clicking on verify. Once you validate the business details populated, click on confirm and next to proceed. 

Once it is confirmed, it will be tick marked with green. This will enable all other sections. You can choose to fill these sections out in any order that you like.

Step 2: Basic information

Basic information

Basic information, such as your organization’s email ID and registered mobile number, will be auto-filled. All you need to do is add the email address of the business owner’s primary contact details.

Note:
  • Remember, these details can be the same or different from the ones you previously filled out. You have the flexibility to choose. Please disclose if you are an existing Myntra partner in any scenario.
  • You must also upload your signature on a blank white background without a date or any other details mentioned. 
  • While filling out the form, you may refer to the information icons wherever available. To know more, click on next to move to the next section.

Step 3: Business details

Business details
  • In this section, you must select the business model you wish to operate in. If you want to use a paid third-party order management system(OMS) to manage your inventory and process orders, select PPMP c plus L.  
  • Choose the service provider from the dropdown option, and select the OMS version you will use. 
  • You can contact the order management system provider if you have any doubts regarding the OMS version. 
  • If you wish to use Myntra’s free-of-cost order management system to manage inventory and process orders, you can select PPMP C Plus L M directly. 
  • Furthermore, you can choose Omni under the business model section if you want to fulfil orders from retail stores. 

Step 4: Warehouse details

  • This section will require you to fill in your pickup address; you can add multiple addresses by clicking the buttons. 
  • The PIN you enter for your warehouse location should be in the same state for which you provided the GSTIN details in step one. 
  • Suppose the address belongs to a different state. In that case, the system will prompt you to give the GSTIN details of that state’s full address of your warehouse, including the email address and contact number of the person managing the warehouse. 
  • Next, enter the per-day order processing capacity, which would be the number of units you can pack and hand over for orders received from Myntra on a particular day. 
  • The following partner warehouse code is the code that will be provided to you by your third-party OMS service provider to identify the warehouse to which the order is received on Myntra, which will be pushed to further processing. 
  • If you choose Mdirect, you will not be asked to fill out this detail. Click next after you have filled in these details.

Step 5: Bank details

  • Enter the account holder name and account number, which are in the name of your registered business entity, IFSC code, bank name, and account type. 
  • You are also required to upload a copy of the cancelled check for verification. Please note that the cheque should have your registered business name printed and not stamped. 
  • Also, ensure that the cheque is not from a savings account. Once these details are entered, click on verify. 
  • A small amount will be credited to your bank, and for verification purposes, you will be prompted to enter the amount you have received. 
  • If the bank details section is not verified, your onboarding will not be stopped. Myntra team will manually verify the details you entered and reach out if they need any clarifications.

Step 6: Brand details

  • In the final step of the process, you will be required to fill in the details of your brand for evaluation purposes. 
  • You can fill in details of up to 10 brands you wish to onboard on Myntra. Just enter the brand name and download their guideline document in an Excel sheet to capture your catalogue details.

  • Please fill out the Excel sheet and upload it to the catalogue details section. Upload your brand logo, nature of business document of proof, and average MRP for your brand. Average MRP minus discount will give you the average selling price, the brand’s overall catalogue width and other details.
  • Next enter the USP of your brand in this section to help them to evaluate you better. 
  • Suppose you are a sustainable brand and wish to feature yourself under the Myntra for Earth initiative. In that case, you can select relevant options like recycled, non-toxic, organic and more from the dropdown.

  • Next, select the primary and secondary category classifications to which your brand belongs and provide your assortment breakup details. 
  • You will need to enter the average selling price and catalogue width at an article type level and add as many article types as are available in your brand by clicking the add article type button. 
Sizing information
  • Next, only sizing information will be required if you wish to sell apparel. After completing all these sections, click the declaration tab and submit your details.
  • Next, you have to wait for the Myntra team to evaluate the details you filled out and reach out in case they have any questions or clarification.
