Understanding the Types of Shipment Tracking Statuses
After the shipping label is generated, you can track your order from the dashboard. The tracking ID will be any of this status below:
Pickup Scheduled: Pickup request sent to courier.
Pickup Error: Issue with order details or API prevents pickup generation.
Out for Pick Up: The courier is on the way to pick up your parcel.
Pickup Exception: Courier attempted pickup but could not complete it.
Pickup Rescheduled: Pickup was not possible and is set for the next day.
Order Picked Up: Your order has been collected from the factory.
In-transit: The package is en route to the destination hub.
Out for Delivery: The package is on its way to the delivery address.
Undelivered 1st/2nd/3rd Attempt (Exception): Delivery attempt was unsuccessful for reasons like:
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete address
- COD amount not ready
- Future delivery requested
- Self-pickup requested
- Customer refused delivery
- Closed premises
Delivered: Package has been successfully delivered.
RTO (Return To Origin) Initiated: Package is being returned to the seller.
RTO Delivered: Returned package has been delivered to the seller's address.
Reverse Pickup Initiated: Request for reverse pickup has been made.
