Order Statuses for Processing

ORDER STATUS

The orders will be changed to various statuses such as

Order StatusDescription
On HoldYou have insufficient credits. Click the live button to see the amount needed to make the order live. Live orders are printed and dispatched once funds are available.
Live OOSThe product is not in the warehouse. Check the in-stock date using the No Stock Report under Products.
LiveThe product is confirmed to be in stock and ready for processing.
To be PrintedThe product is ready for printing.
Partially PicklistedIf the Order has more than one product, any one of the products are picklisted, then this status will be shown.
PrintedThe ordered product has been printed and is ready for dispatch.
ManifestedWe have packed the orders and are waiting for the pickup.
In-TransitThe orders are currently in transit to the customer.
ExceptionThe first delivery attempt failed, and Auto NDR will activate on our end. In the meantime, please check with the customer about the issue.
DeliveredThe order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
RTO InitiatedThe customer has denied the package, and it is being returned to our origin.
ReturnedThe order has been returned. You can reship it to a new customer.
CancelledThe order has been canceled. You can only cancel orders that are in Live OOS or Live status.
