What is POD?
POD (Proof Of Delivery) is a significant part of the delivery process as it establishes that the package has been delivered to the customer. Proof of delivery acts like a receipt that proves that the delivery has been made.
Type of POD
There are 2 types of PODs
- 1A signature of the customer — Where the customer is requested to sign on a digital gadget or on paper.
- 2OTP verified Delivery — Where a customer receives an OTP during the delivery on his mobile number.

OTP-verified delivery cannot be fake as the product is not handed over to the customer until the OTP has been entered by the delivery person on his gadget.
How to request POD?
You can write to us at [email protected] with the order ID from your registered email ID.

POD must be requested within 36 hours of delivery, if not the shipping company will not honor your claim.
Also, if you find the POD fake, you need to raise a dispute within 24 hours.
We will try our best to escalate such issues with the courier company on high priority but cannot take assurance for the same as it is not under our control.
