How to Place an Order for a Coffee Mug?

Design Guidelines for Coffee Mugs

Before placing your order, make sure your design meets the following specifications to ensure the best print quality:

  • Print Placement: Around the mug
  • Design File Size: Changes relative to the type of mug
  • File Format: PNG or JPEG
  • Resolution: 300 DPI.

Placing an Order

  1. 1Log in to your Merchant Dashboard.
  2. 2Go to Orders > Create Order.
  3. 3Select Accessories > Drinkware (Choose your preferred mug from the dropdown list).
  4. 4Click "Add Design", upload your design file, and place it on the product as desired. You can view both the front and back of the mug while placing your design to ensure proper alignment.
