Which print method should I choose: embroidery or DTF?

Embroidery for logos and clean text, premium, durable, won't fade. DTF for full-color graphics, photos, or gradients. Our team helps you pick based on your artwork once you upload it.

How long does cap printing and delivery take?

Production takes 2 to 4 working days depends on order quantity. Pan-India shipping adds another 2 to 4 days, depending on location. Total: 5 to 9 working days from order confirmation. Bulk orders (100+) may take a few extra days.

What file formats do you accept for cap designs?

PNG, JPG, AI, PSD, and PDF. For embroidery, vector files (AI, PDF) are preferred. For DTF, high-resolution PNG (300 DPI) works best. We review every file for print quality before starting production.

Can I print on the back or side panels of the cap?

Yes. Front panel is the standard print area, but side, back, and visor printing are available. Pricing varies by print location and method.

Do you ship custom caps outside India?

We ship worldwide. For international shipping, clearing custom has to be managed by the customer.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom caps?

There is no minimum. You can order a single cap with your design in seller login, or scale up to thousands for bulk. Per-cap pricing stays the same below 50 units; bulk discounts apply from 50 caps onwards.
