Question 1

Can I print individual employee names on each bottle in a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Variable-data engraving and printing are supported. Share the name list in an Excel or CSV format and we'll match each name to its bottle. It's common for employee onboarding kits, client gifting, and wedding favours.

Question 2

Will the laser engraving on steel bottles look identical across 500 units?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once the design depth and placement are locked at the sample stage, every bottle in the bulk run is engraved using the same parameters. The depth, alignment, and finish stay consistent from unit 1 to unit 500.

Question 3

Can I order Steel, Sipper, and Tumbler bottles in one combined order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, mix and match across all three bottle styles in a single order. Useful when you're building tiered gifting (premium clients get steel, internal teams get sipper, etc.). Pricing is calculated per bottle type but consolidated into one invoice.

Question 4

What if a few bottles in my bulk order arrive defective?

Accepted Answer

Every order goes through a quality check before dispatch, but in the rare case a defective unit slips through, we replace it free of cost. Share photos of the defect and we'll dispatch the replacement with your next order or as a standalone shipment.

Question 5

How can I order a sample with my actual logo before placing the bulk order?

Accepted Answer

You can order a sample directly from your Qikink merchant panel by signing up for an account. Once you commit to the bulk order, we'll also share a sample of the printed bottle via WhatsApp or email for your approval before the full run goes into production.

Question 6

What design file format should I share for engraving and sublimation?

Accepted Answer

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best for laser engraving on steel without background. They keep edges sharp at any size. For sublimation on sipper and tumblers, high-res PNG or JPG (300 DPI) covers most artwork. Our team will flag any file issues before production.
