India Post Shipping Services
- We ship through India Post if your customer’s pin code isn’t serviced by other couriers.
- Standard India Post shipping rate: ₹63.7 for 0.5 Kg.
- For certain northeast pin codes, charges may be up to ₹127.4
- In those cases, we deduct the additional shipping cost from your credits.
Shipping Status
After the shipping label is generated, you can track your order from the dashboard. The tracking ID will be any of this status below :Â
Pickup Scheduled
An order for which the Pickup Request has been generated and sent to the courier company is marked with the status ‘Pickup Scheduled’
Pickup error
The Pickup Error status is marked when the pickup has not yet been generated due to incorrect order details or some technical issue with the API.
Out for Pick Up
This status is updated when the courier company is out to pick up your parcel.
Pickup Exception
The status Pickup exception is marked when the courier company attempted pickup and couldn’t complete it due to some reason.
Pickup Rescheduled
The status of Pickup rescheduled can be observed when the courier company was not available for pick up on a particular day. In such a case, the pickup is automatically scheduled for the next day.
Order Picked Up
The order has been picked up from the Qikink factory.Â
In-transit
The tracking status ‘in transit’ means that your item is on its way to the destination hub.Â
Out for Delivery
Out for Delivery means that your package has left the nearest hub/center of the courier partner for the destination address(Delivery Address). This status can be seen on the day of delivery. Do expect your package the day when you see this status
Undelivered 1st/2nd/3rd Attempt
When the order is out for delivery for the first time and is not delivered to the customer for any of the reasons below, it is marked as undelivered 1st attempt.
Delivered
When the order is out for delivery and is delivered to your customer.Â
RTO (Return To Origin) Initiated
This refers to the non-deliverability of a package and it returns to the seller’s address. (Qikink’s address)
RTO Delivered
The order has been delivered to the seller’s address.
Undelivered (RTO) Shipments
“Undelivered shipments refer to orders that couldn’t be delivered to the customer due to incorrect address, absence of the customer, or other delivery issues. These shipments are typically returned to the sender.”

Where can I find the list of serviceable pin codes?
Qikink automatically selects the best shipping option based on your customer’s pin code. If the pin code is not serviceable by regular couriers, we will ship via India Post and adjust the charges accordingly. You don’t need to worry about checking pin codes manually.
What happens if my customer's pin code suddenly becomes unserviceable?
In rare cases where a pin code becomes unserviceable due to unexpected events, the order will be returned to us. We’ll rebook it once the pin code is serviceable again. Please note that no refunds will be provided in these situations.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
You need to pay to Qikink while placing the order. However you can place COD order, wherein Qikink will collect the money from your customer and deposit in your wallet or bank account
How does Qikink handle COD Returns?
When your customers doesn’t accepts the COD order, it get returned to our warehouse. Qikink stores it for 100 days. In the meantime, if you get any other order with the same product and design, the returned order will get shipped automatically. After 100 days, you can order them back from the dashboard to your address. If it is not taken back in 120 days, the products will be discarded.
What if my customer wants to return the order or product?
If your customer receives an order that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can submit a claim request within 7 days of delivery. After this period, you will need to bear the loss.
