If your customer receives a defective product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. However, if an exchange is requested for a size change,  the associated costs will need to be covered by you. 

All returned orders will be stored in our warehouse for 100 days from the return date. During this time, you can have the order re-shipped to any address of your choice. After 100 days, the order will no longer be available for re-shipping.
