Fabric Compatibility
Available on: White-coloured polyester and jersey fabric only
Not available on: Coloured or dark fabrics, cotton, and cotton-blend materials
Sublimation ink requires a light base to display colour accurately, this is why the fabric restriction applies regardless of design content.
File Requirements
Ensure your artwork meets the following before uploading:

If your file doesn't meet these requirements, the design may fail to upload or may print at reduced quality.
Design Placement
Print area size and placement position vary by product and fabric type (front, back, sleeve, and pocket zones each have different maximum dimensions).
Check the for exact placement zones and sizes.
Tip
Keep your design within the specified printable area for the product you've selected. Designs placed outside this area may be cropped or repositioned during production.
Wash Care Instructions

Wash inside out to protect the printed surface.

Avoid high-temperature washing, excessive heat can affect the print and fabric over time.

Prefer air drying, or drying at low temperature.
