Qikink processes all the orders by prepaid payment . however, the wallet will show negative amount for following reasons-

1.When the order is returned, return shipping ( RTO) charges will be deducted from your wallet. If you don’t have sufficient amount at that time, the overdue amount will be marked as negative balance.

2.We will reship the returned orders to your warehouse once it exceeds 100days. For this we will deduct the handling charges and shipping charges. if you don’t have sufficient amount at that time, the overdue amount will be marked as negative balance.

Note:

If your wallet is showing negative balance, orders will not be processed unless the overdue amount is added.
