Although we do our best to avoid this part, sometimes it’s inevitable. In that case, you can write to [email protected] from your registered Mail ID along with your bank details for transferring the wallet amount.

We would also like to hear your experience with us and the reason for the account closure so it would be helpful for us to rectify our quirks.

Note:

  1. The account closing request should be requested from your registered mail ID. 
  2. In case we could not transfer the amount directly to your bank account, it is requested to share your Gpay number with us.
