How to cancel an order?

Can I change the order I placed?

You can cancel the order from On-Hold, Live, and Live-OOS Statuses.

Once the order is taken for processing, the product will be moved from inventory, labeled, and pre-processed. At this stage, you are no longer able to cancel or change the order. 

However, if you really want to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support and seek their assistance. Our team will be able to provide the best assistance.

If your order is can't be canceled, you can add that to Return. Later you can use this for your future orders.
